How to Connect to Xero from efile4Biz

Before logging into efile4Biz.com, set up in Xero, the following:

A company (or Organization) – once created, in Settings > General Settings > Financial Settings the EIN or Tax ID for the company has to be set up so it imports into efile4Biz.com
A supplier must exist
A bill must be created and paid
The 1099 fields must be mapped to the right accounts to complete the boxes you want to report on the 1099-MISC tax form

Then on efile4Biz.com, log in/sign up using the fields in the upper-right-corner. Once you have logged in, you will be at “My Dashboard”.

Follow These Easy Steps ...

Easy Import

On the right side of "My Dashboard", click on the Xero logo.

Connect to Xero

After clicking on the Xero logo, you will be taken the “Upload Forms Option” page. Click on the “Connect” button underneath the Xero logo.

Select Organization

From the drop-down menu, select the Tax Year and the Organization you want to import from your Xero account, and click on "Connect to Xero".

Allow Access

You will be directed to access your Xero login page. Please enter your Xero credentials. Select your Organization. Please choose which company to import 1099 data from into efile4Biz.com. Select a company and click on "Allow Access".

Review Imported Data

You will be directed to efile4Biz.com, where you can review if there are any errors on your imported data. If there are no errors, you will be taken to "Forms In Progress" page.
